Job Description

A team member to initiate and ensure smooth running of Bumblebee programs. Will be responsible to develop resources in the area of child empowerment, working with related staff and departments.

- Initiate and ensure smooth running of Bumblebee programs
- Responsible to develop resources in the area of child empowerment, working with related staff and departments
- Assist in the planning and organizing World Play Day event
- Case management - Follow up on children and families in the community
- Well versed with MS Word, Excel and Power Point.

Job Requirement

- Team Player – able to work well with others
- Passion for community work – interest to learn beyond work.
- Teachable and love to help others in need
- Willing to travel and able to travel independently
- Possess good communication skills (written and oral) in English. Other languages will be a plus.
- Must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM or equivalent
- Those with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education Needs, Business or equivalent from any field of study is an added advantage
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Any other local languages is an added advantage.
